The T.W. Patterson Building welcomed Robert to its Maintenance Team in August 2015. Since joining the building, Robert has become our Superintendent and has proven himself a diligent, attentive worker who cares deeply about our historic building and its tenants. 

With extensive contracting and construction skills, Robert is an important part of our team and is eager to build relationships with our valued tenants.

Martin Choinacki

Martin joined our management team in 2017 and facilitates our billing and leasing procedures. He works alongside our Superintendent and Operations Manager to deliver excellent service to our valued tenants. Martin is responsible for our daily operations and manages our relationships with Boese Commercial Property and Top Hand Media for new tenant inquiries.

John Perez
Garage Supervisor

Since 2000, John has proudly served as the T.W. Patterson Building’s Garage Supervisor. He’s been involved in many of the changes that have taken place in our historic building’s underground garage and takes great pride in the services he provides to our tenants.

Manuel Ramos
Maintenance Team

Manuel offers his expertise in carpentry, painting, electrical projects, and plumbing services. He provides direct support to Robert for tenant maintenance requests. What Manuel most enjoys about his position with our building are the positive working relationships he has developed with his co-workers.

Phil Harville
Maintenance Team

Phil works on our Maintenance Team and provides quick, efficient service to our tenants. His skills and abilities allow him to adapt to changes and new projects quickly and with ease. Phil’s favorite part about his job is learning new things and expanding his skillset.

As a family-owned business, the T.W. Patterson Building offers tenants First Class Service through personalized customer service, and Jessica has been vital in upholding this standard. As our Operations Manager, Jessica takes great pride in her position and strives to provide a quality customer experience to our family of tenants.

She is often a first point of contact for interested renters and is responsible for overseeing our staff, coordinating tenant events, and managing our current accounts.

Jamie joined our team in January 2015 as our building’s Marketing Coordinator creating and distributing promotional materials, tenant communication, and our community outreach efforts. She works closely with our Operations Team to deliver a unique and pleasant tenant experience.

Rick purchased the T.W. Patterson Building in 1994 and became one of downtown Fresno’s most passionate advocates. He believes in our Central Valley and has positioned the T.W. Patterson Building as one of our downtown’s greatest treasures and destinations.
